Our Method


The Aligned Athlete Method was created with the simple intention of supporting busy, ambitious individuals to take their fitness/performance to the next level whilst living their best life. We believe that high performance doesn't have to be at the cost of your relationships, work and lifestyle. In fact, finding alignment amongst all areas of your life can significantly enhance performance.

Created by Dr Rosie Mead, The Aligned Athlete Method has grown to be a community of likeminded, busy athletes supporting one another to be their best self whilst achieving their fitness and training goals.


We believe that by finding alignment in lifestyle and training, you will be able to increase your mental and physical wellbeing whilst striving for improved performance.


In January, I took part in the Chaos2Clarity five day event. This took me back to basics and back towards my WHY, Understanding the WHY is something I work with the team to understand better however very rarely do I apply this to my everyday life. Understand my WHY is the building block for so many other things in life. Understanding how you make decisions to consciously prioritise the time you have available to you.

The range of topics covered have provided me with some tools and plenty of thoughts I want to build on in a structured way. Leading up to July 2021 I had a clear focus and I knew my why. Now I achieved what I wanted I need to rebuild and go again moving away from the superficial motivation that’s so easy to settle for. I’m looking forward to the next step of working with Dr Rosie and putting into place the next steps.
